This walking tour, led by Jessica Fahy, will explore several of the locations depicted in the works on display as part of the Drawing Dublin exhibition. Strolling from the National Gallery to Dublin Castle, some of the city’s art historical past will also be revealed with stories ranging from Jack B. Yeats’s inspiration, and the wild nights in the ale-house of landscape painter George Mullins, to more high-minded fare with a discussion on Edmund Burke’s influence on Romanticism.
