Must See Places in Vietnam 23/04/2018

Vietnam is a beautiful piece of Asian country to visit and should be on every traveller’s list of places to visit. But what are the best places to visit while there? This piece will help you to show what locations you should see in Vietnam from the buzzing city of Hanoi to the glorious green of Sa Pa.

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam. It’s a great place to start your Vietnam adventure as it has plenty to offer and has a little something for everyone. Hanoi is located on the banks of the Red River and is one of the most populated cities in the country which is evident from the moment you land there. Hanoi is known for its culture, history and nightlife and is also a great gateway into Vietnam’s breath-taking countryside.

Halong Bay

Halong Bay is only a short drive by car or bus from Vietnam’s capital Hanoi and a must see when traveling to Vietnam. Halong Bay is made up of limestone karsts and isles which can be seen throughout the entire bay. As you make your way by boat through the bay you will be amazed at the sights and landscapes as they are like no other.

Tam Coc

Tam Coc is situated a short drive away from Hanoi. Tam Coc is also known as ‘Halong Bay on Land’ due to the similar landscapes that Halong Bay has to offer. Take a trip along the river by one of the locals and take in the breath-taking scenes. However, be prepared to tip your rower even if this included in your pre-paid package.

Sa Pa

Sa Pa is situated in the north of Vietnam. This region is known for its mountainous, green landscapes. The terrace fields in Sa Pa are a sight to behold and tourists can make the most of their visit by taking a bike trip through the rice fields for the day. Between the geographical location and the climate of this region, tourists can enjoy the unique animals and vegetation this place has to offer along the way.
