Dublin loves Coffee. Especially in winter time, when the coffee shops are warm and cozy. Here are 5 wonderful places to go for a coffee, only chosen for you.
Craft Coffee Roasters
Address: 27 Merchant's Quay, Dublin 2
Opening times: Monday-Friday 7am-6pm
Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm
A perfect, cozy little Coffeeshop with very friendly staff. Rightful to the name of this great place, they have a coffee roaster, which makes their excellent coffee. There’s enough place to work with your laptop, but also just for a coffee break with friends. The attitude is casual but fancy, an absolute must go for coffee lovers.
Address: Dawson St, Dublin 2
Opening times: Monday-Friday 7.15am-6pm
This beautiful little coffee shop offers you something very unique. They’re famous for creating every coffee of your choice with an amazing little artwork. A coffee shop, which is definitely worth to visit, even just for seeing one of these great masterpieces.
Address: 31 Drury St, Dublin 2
Opening times: Monday-Saturday 8am-7pm
Great atmosphere, small and cozy with excellent reviews and even more important, very delicious coffee. Furthermore, this coffee shop won the Certificate of Excellence in the year 2016 and 2017. If that doesn’t convince you of the value from this coffee location, then you should check it out yourself.
Laine, my love.
Address: 38 Talbot St, Mountjoy, Dublin 1
Opening times: Monday-Friday 7.30am-3pm
Saturday & Sunday closed
This coffee shop is probably the littlest of all five. It is quiet, cute and totally see-through, thanks to the windows instead of a wall. This makes the place perfect for drinking a coffee while sitting on one of the big windows and enjoying the people walking by. Also, has this sweet shop a great offer for pastries, which are absolutely worth to try.
The Queen of Tarts
Address: Cow's Ln, Temple Bar, Dublin 2
Opening times: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
Saturday & Sunday 9am-7pm
This one is especially something for sweet lovers. Even though coffee here is very important, in the center there are cakes, or better: tarts. However, it belongs to the list of coffee shops anyways. Besides the great offer, the location is one of the best since it’s in temple bar. Because of its fame, it is a very popular coffee shop. So, if it should be full sometimes, there’s another Queen of Tarts just two minutes away from its sister.
